Our classes highlight the stress relieving aspects of yoga whilst increasing flexibility,
building core strength and improving posture. They are designed to promote mental
as well as physical well being by using techniques that focus the mind and facilitate
dealing with day to day and long term stresses. Yoga will leave you feeling relaxed
whilst energised and revitalised.
Yoga becomes beautiful when there is no effort involved, when the breath is free
and smooth. Let go of tiredness and tension and become more grounded. Get in touch
with your inner stillness through meditation and deep relaxation that can facilitate
self healing.
Private sessions are also available where the teaching style is adapted to the individual.
They are available 1-1 or for small groups of 2-3, perfect for those that are new
to yoga, for those who are pregnant, have injuries or specific ailments, and yoga
students who want to advance their practice.

Hatha Yoga - Beginners Course
The course is designed for those who either have no previous yoga experience or
for yoga students who have experienced yoga, but do not have a regular practice.
The course will comprise pranayama (different methods of controlling the breath),
yoga postures and relaxation.
Gentle Hatha Class
A gentle hatha lunchtime yoga class suitable for complete beginners or those with a regular yoga practice.
Hatha Yoga - General Class
For those who have attended a beginners course or those who wish to supplement their
regular yoga practice. The pace is gentle yet challenging. The beginning and the
end of classes are taught in a more meditative atmosphere. The middle of classes
differ from week to week,introducing new poses, or exploring familiar poses in more
depth. Classes end with a deep guided relaxation. The aim is for you to feel calm,
centred, energised and happy.
Pregnancy Class
A class designed for pregnancy, you will learn how to work with your body safely,
as well as using breathing exercises and relaxation techniques which are powerful
tools that can be used at any time during pregnancy, childbirth and beyond to alleviate
anxiety and provide inner focus.
Post Natal Class
A yoga class focused on the recovery process for new mums. Yoga postures prepare
you for the physical and mental challenges of parenthood and gently help restore
strength and tone to post-natal bodies. Breathing, stretching, strengthening and
relaxation exercises are specifically designed to aid post natal recovery.
Mum and Baby Class
A post natal class for mums where they can bring their babies. The class can be
attended by mothers once the midwife is happy with your health, this is usually
when the baby is 6 weeks old, later for C-sections. These classes are a lovely way
for mums to aid their recovery, relax and learn how to involve their baby in their
yoga practice and engage with their newborn in a new way.
